Bigatin Ka sa Stanley E-Raffle Promo
Promo period is from August 1 to October 31, 2026.
Who Can Join
The promo is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 years old and above, except employees of Black & Decker Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., participating dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
How to Earn Entries
Every Php500 worth of participating Stanley Power Tools, Hand Tools, and Storage products purchased in a single receipt from participating dealers nationwide entitles the customer to one (1) raffle entry.
Examples:
- Php500 = 1 raffle entry
- Php1,000 = 2 raffle entries
- Php2,000 = 4 raffle entries
Double Entry Periods
Customers may earn double raffle entries during the following periods:
- August 1–10, 2026
- August 15, 2026
- August 31, 2026
- September 15, 2026
- September 30, 2026
- October 15, 2026
- October 31, 2026
- October 27–31, 2026
How to Register
Customers must register through the promo website by scanning the official promo QR code or through the Stanley Tools Philippines Facebook page.
To register, customers must provide the following:
- Full Name
- Complete Address
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
Customers must upload a clear copy of the purchase receipt. Receipt details shall be validated prior to approval of entries.
Customers may submit multiple entries; however, the same receipt may only be registered once.
Customers must keep the original receipt and present it upon verification and prize claiming, in case drawn as winner.
Submission Deadline
Deadline for submission of entries is October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

A total of 1,833 prizes shall be awarded:

The Raffle Draw
The e-raffle draw will be conducted on November 13, 2026 in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.
Winner Notification & Rules
Winners will be notified through registered mail, SMS, email, and through the Stanley Tools Philippines Facebook page.
Winners can only win once during the promo period. In case a participant is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value shall be awarded.
The winning receipt shall be subject to validation by the participating dealer and the promoter.
In the event that the winning receipt or transaction is found to be invalid, fraudulent, cancelled, returned, or otherwise non-compliant with the promo requirements, the prize shall be awarded to the next qualified winner.
How to Claim Your Prize
To claim the prize, winners must present:
- Original winning receipt
- One (1) valid government-issued ID
- Winner notification
Taxes & Prize Terms
Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
Winners of prizes exceeding Php10,000 shall shoulder the applicable 20% prize tax.
The grand prize shall be delivered to the winner’s registered address. Vehicle color may vary depending on availability. The winner shall shoulder the applicable prize tax, registration charges, insurance, transfer of ownership expenses, freight charges (if applicable), and other related expenses.
Prizes other than the grand prize shall be awarded in the form of electronic vouchers and shall be sent to the winner’s registered email address within fifteen (15) business days from the completion of winner verification. Redemption and use of the vouchers shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher provider.
Forfeiture & Final Decision
Unclaimed prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of the promoter with prior DTI approval.
Black & Decker Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.’s decision, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be final.

The winner should seek independent financial advice at the winner’s sole expense regarding any tax implications relating to the prize of the taking of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implication that may arise from the winner accepting a prize. Entrants are responsible for any and all expense that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
